Lawyers for Literacy Trivia Challenge

Everybody Wins! Atlanta invites you to join a fun night of competition, strategy and thinking at the 9th Annual Lawyers for Literacy Trivia Challenge. The fundraising event will be held Wednesday June 1, 2011 at  Atlantic Center Plaza in midtown and is sponsored by Cambridge Professional Group and Alston & Bird LLP. 

 Trivia teams are composed of 4-6 members who represent firms, in-house counsel, clients, summer associates and professional services that support Atlanta’s legal community. It is a night of fun competition and philanthropy and can serve as a great team-building and client relationship tool. Proceeds from the $1,500 entry donation directly support Everybody Wins! Atlanta literacy programs that help children from low-income families develop the essential reading skills they need to be successful in life.  The programs currently serve over 2200 students in thirteen Title I public elementary schools throughout metro Atlanta and incorporates hundreds of volunteers from law firms and the legal community who serve as Power Lunch Reading Mentors.

Four-time champions Kilpatrick Stockton (Kilpatrick Townsend) have honorably housed The Challenge Cup, along with Alston & Bird, Sutherland Asbill & Brennan and Cohen Pollock Merlin & Small. This year, teams from outside the legal community are joining in the fun, too! Space is limited to 20 teams so gather your team members and sign up now!
